Freecom Freeview USB Stick

Yes, another of those USB sticks that converts your laptop into a Freeview TV. The company behind the Freecom Freeview USB Stick are selling it on the basis that you’ll never miss a World Cup match this summer. Obviously, they’ve failed to notice the BBC are streaming matches via their website.

But if you have another need for transforming your PC into a TV, this one at least is a lot cheaper than most other models on the market. The Freecom Stick allows you to watch, pause or record digital freeview TV or radio on a desktop or notebook and burn it to disc if you so wish. There’s also a detachable DVB-T antenna and a remote control.

It’s available now for £31.67.
