Detox for Games Addicts

Europe's first gaming detox center is opening in Amsterdam, according to realtechnews. The centre, which has already treated 20 acddicts, aged from 13 to 30, opened in January. Signs to look out for include using games as a means to ecape personal problems; game playing produces endorphins producing a high similar to narcotics and alcohol. The withdrawal symptoms are often just as extreme. Addicts can experience shaking and sweating after simply looking at a PC screen.
