No longer do we have take the film out of a camera and take it to the shop. In an age of digital snapping, we can do it all ourselves, especially with something like the Epson Stylus Photo RX640 – an all-in-one photo centre for printing, copying and scanning of your pictures.

With the RX640, you can print photos without the need for a PC, using the integrated memory card reader, PictBridge, USB Direct-Print compatible Digital Camera, USB drives or even a Bluetooth compatible mobile, previewing on the high definition 2.5 inch colour LCD preview screen before printing as borderless photos. It’s fairly cost-effective with six individual ink cartridges – you only need to replace the empty cartridge.

In addition, the RX640 has all the functionality you’d expect from today’s printer, in addition to being able to print and copy CD and DVD designs onto suitable disks. The RX640 also features a 3200 x 6400 dpi MatrixCCD scanner and back-up for your data directly to memory cards or to CD-R/Zip Drives via external USB port

The Epson Stylus Photo RX640 is available now for around £229.
