CES 2006: A-Data MP3 player

CES 2006, MP3 players

Taiwanese company A-Data have been on our radar for a while largely because they are the firm that makes those cute Lovers USB keys. At CES 2006 the company had an interesting selection of products including a portable media centre, the PM3, which sports a good quality Samsung made 3.5inch LCD screen. It plays back MP3 and MPEG4 files and also boasts an FM tuner and a voice recorder.

Also rather cute is the MF1 MP3 player (pictured), a one Gig flash memory product that’s finished in an unusual shade of black and orange. It too has an FM tuner and voice recorder and will playback WMA files as well as MP3s. No news yet on launch dates for the US or Europe.
