Pure’s DTM-300 is due to hit the streets in October and it’s looking like another nice little number for audiophiles who feel that their living room is running out of space. This slimline machine will take CDs, MP3 CDs, CD-Rs and CD-RWs through its CD loader. The set also comes with a line-in, which means that you can plug in your iPod or minidisc player with the greatest of ease. Its two speakers pump out sound at a very respectable 6.5W RMS per channel.

The system has a two line display and also packs in a very welcome addition in the form of DAB radio (in addition to FM), and comes with a funky little remote. The DTM-300 is due to hit the streets sometime in October retailing for an RRP of 190 quid.
