I predict an O2 Kaiser Chiefs ticket riot

Yesterday O2 secured a huge £390 million deal to provide the UK emergency services with a new communication system. It’s a good job too as the UK network has already spent much of that dosh on sponsoring music gigs in the UK. One neat touch is that the network is offering its subscribers advance tickets for certain rather cool acts. So if like us you are an O2 customer you can wangle tickets for those Mighty Rock Gods/Blur tribute band (delete as appropriate) The Kaiser Chiefs upcoming ‘O2 NME Rock ‘n’ Roll Riot’ Tour’ now, a full 48 hours before they properly go on sale on Friday. Which is nice. If Chesney Hawkes (yes the one and only) and Charlotte Church are more your thing then O2 subscribers can get good deals on Party in the Park in Oxford on August 28th. You need to go to www.O2.co.uk/blueroom
