VoIP in a flash

Mplat_voip_skype_flash_drive We reviewed the large but lovely Firebox VoIP offering a few weeks back, Now news reaches us of a tiny offering aimed at the international jetsetter with a frightening 'phone bill. The FlashPhone F1K for Skype is essentially a USB thumb drive and associated headset enabling you to make Skype calls on any compatible computer (we think that means windows only). Show up at any broadband-enabled location, be it hotel, internet cafĂ© or your nan's house, and gas away to overseas pals without a trace of guilt.  All you need to carry around is a 90 gramme dongle. We're calling it $85 well spent. Probably. More details here
