Sony PSX lives again

Sony has two new PSX consoles in development, writes Simon M for sister (or should that be brother) site, Games Digest.

The PSX is Sony’s lame duck attempt to marry the PS2 with TiVo-like hard-disk video recording functionality. It was widely considered to be dead, but apparently the arrival of the PSP handheld console has given PSX a new lease of life. The new PSX models feature improved Memory Stick support. So owners will be able to copy recorded TV programmes to their Memory Stick, and so watch them on their PSP on the train.
