O2’s excellent revamp of the XDA might be its high profile launch for this month, but it has another phone that has just gone on sale.

The big story with the X1 camera phone is that it is free, which in our book makes it great value.

Firstly it is pretty small for a camera phone coming in at around the same size as phones like the LG 7100. The effect is slightly spoilt by the protruding aerial, although, possibly because of this voice quality is spot on.

Screen quality with 65k colours is reasoanble and the images it takes via a camera with a rotating screen are pretty good quality. Other features include Calendar and Organiser (it can synchronise with microsoft Outlook), Java, T9 predictive text, Call vibrate, Clock and Alarm and changeable Wallpapers.

Its big weakness though is that it is a pain to use. The menu is tricky to negotiate and on our sample the buttons were sticky and unresponsive.

Still, as it costs nothing there’s hardly room to complain.

  • Ive had the x1 for a year and a half now. It worked great the first year but recently ive had all sorts of problems that i never had before – freezing, switching itself off, pictures I receive being blank (this only started recently, it worked fine before). I still have the receipt for it, my mum had to pay £200 for it coz i didnt want a sim card. It was worth the price to start with but now its a complete rip off!

  • christ i hate this god dam phone i suppose its good in some ways- quality is verry good nd the camera is superb but then u realise how it only stores 10 txts!!every minute my inbox is full nd then u have 2 go through deletin txts u dont want constantly!Also its so slow wen u answer an incoming call and the signal is so crap u cant have a proper convo without movin around tryin 2 get some signal!not wantin to go on but it freezes so much so i have 2 take the battery out nd restart it over and over agen,last thing-the battery lasts 4 just over a day and suprisingly it takes about 15-20mins 2 recharge it agen but then the battery goes down so quick!i really wouldnt recommend gettin this fone coz i woz so disappointed wen i got it ! c ya x x x

  • Aaggghhhhh! My 02X1 sucks, mega big time. Its ok if you like your buttons to stick and your screen to freeze and to occassionally turn off….. One thing that I have noticed is the SMS and MMS. With the MMS I can send pics, but if someone sends me a pic its blank!?! has anyone found away around that yet? The other thing is has anyone found out how to switch SMS to storing 250 instead of the usual 10? Im way beind the times my fone never started playing up till I had it 5 months but couldt find the receipt. ive now had it a year (im surprised its lasted this long) and i found the reciept but dont think they would do anything now??

  • The 02 X1 fone is the crappest fone ever!!! I wish i’d never got it. Its stopped freezing on me but instead keeps crashing!! Mainly after it gets charged so then i’ve got to take the battery off to get picture back. AAARRRGGGHHH

  • i owned an x1 for 9 months was gr8 for 1st view months but then like a lot of ppl’s it started freezin n turnin itself off then 1 day it just wouldnt turn bk on ! i went over to the shop i got it out of n even though i didnt have a reciept they sent it away to get fixed but they couldnt fix it so they give me a brand new fone x1 picture quilty was gr8 but the fone itself was just plain shit!

  • Ok i have read through some of your reviews and personally i haven’t had any major problems with my o2 x1 fone, ok yes at the start it did turn itself on and off, but all that it needed was the sim card taken out and the connections cleaned. as for the gprs, mms etc i have no problems working them as they work perfect.

    but could someone out there who is a kind hearted tell me how on earth you get to store more than 20 messages. i read through this some are getting to store 250 i have read my manual through and through and still have no idea how to get it. please someone tell me and email it to me at [email protected] PLEASE!!!

  • I used to work in a well known national phone store and we usually had 2 x1’s back in for repair each day. There is a major design fault with the phone hence the reason it crashes/looses sound/cant use gprs/cant send or recieve sms and mms. It is a cheep alternative to other quality phones such as nokia or samsung. It is substandard and should have never been releaced. This phone IS THE WORST PHONE IN THE WORLD DONT BUY ONE.

  • I got mine as a late cristmas present as a replacement for my sagem. the sagem was good but not nearly as good as the x1. i love this phone (so do all my mates!) and I’ll have it for a long time. Ringtones sound great and they are easily dowloaded through the WAP services provided on the phone. Good photo quality with a rotating lens. You can also download wallpapers and games. If you are looking for a new phone this is a good one to consider!

  • How do you get my o2x1 to store 250 text messages. I’ve read a couple of messages telling that it says in the handbook how to swap over from sim to phone but it only tells you how do that with the phonebook. As far as I can see it holds 250 numbers both on phone and sim, but nothing about text messages. Also does anyone know the pin2 number, I tried to clear my calltime on my phone and it says to enter pin2, I tried entering my pin1 number and now it says to enter puk2. o2 says they do not know the code which I think is pathetic when it’s their own phone. My phone is not blocked with anything else just the pin2. I can still use it, jus cannot clear my calltime.

  • The 02 x1 is the most annoying phone ive ever had!i got it last christmas and it was the first non-nokia phone i owned. It froze all the time, wouldnt send or recieve piccie msgs (even tho the shop said it wud cos they had ‘fixed’ it.) It looks really cute but as an actual camera phone to use its rubbish!ive gone back to nokia and now have a 7250i.The camera is much better, txtin is easier, it doesnt switch itself off and it ill actually send and recieve (and open!) picture msgs.

  • heya i got the x1 last year sum time in november. i had a few probblems like it freezing all the time. there are some realy annoying things about it though…
    u can only have 7 downloaded ringtones

    u can only store 10 sms messages

    u can only have the sms attention sounds the phone comes with

    other than this my phone is fine.

    I’ve just got it repaired by O2, they replaced the whole thing (and lost my 80 pictures that were on the old phone! grrr!) because it kept freezing and turning itself off.

    GOOD POINTS:
    -camera, good quality, can store up to 100 pics
    -screen colour’s very good
    -like the flashing lights on the front!
    BAD POINTS:
    -[and this is the one that annoys me NO END]- when you get a text, you click ‘read’ and you have to read the message BEFORE you know who it’s from! When you’ve got lots of people texting you at once, it’s VERY annoying. An extremely poor aspect of the phone. The inbox is such a let down, on Nokias you see your contacts’ name and THEN read the message. But not with the O2X1! Plus messages saved in the inbox are sorted chronologically but not by name, by the first few words of the message. Sorry to go on but I REALLY hate having to guess who text’ me!
    -No profiles. You can have the phone on loud or on vibrate. No silent, no ‘discreet’, nothing. Unless you want to go through the VERY HARD TO NAVIGATE menu and sort all the settings out every time you’re in a quite room.
    -media messages/downloads/wallpapers etc, NONE of them work on my phone. Grrr.

    Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this mobile. I’m sticking with my Nokia 3410 until I can upgrade my O2X1!

  • hi just got a o2 x1 at the weekend and the keypad is all frozen up…
    power key switches it on but then…. nothing, i can’t switch it off or press anything but the screen is still moving saying “enter pin 1”

  • I have had my o2 x1 since December and basically been pleased with it, until about 4 weeks ago when it started to freeze and wouldn,t switch off the only way to get it to work was to reset it by taking the battery out and replacing it back. Got onto o2 and they told me i had to take it to a o2 shop, which i did and they sent it away which took 2 weeks to get it verified that it was faulty. They did replace it with another handset. On getting it home i charged it up, and hey the same problems were still the same. So i rang up o2 again and they admitted that the phone has problems and all they can do is replace the handset with another one, but this does not solve the problem. so i,am now getting a full refund from them, as i got in touch with trading standards and told them my legal rights as it is causing me significant inconvenience. So anyone else having a problem with there,s and not getting any satisfactory results then get in touch with o2 directly (Sales dept) and quote them your legal rights and demand a full refund. NICE PHONE, but STAY CLEAR OF!!!!!

  • STOP!!!!!!!!! WHAT are all these bad reviews for? Do you know how many problems i’ve had with the 02 X1? NONE! My dad bought me this fone and as soon as I got it home I dreaded opening the box as I’d read all there bad reviews but I got it set up, turned the phone on and the first thing i noticed was the exeptionally surprising colour screen. All my previous fones didn’t have a screen as good as the X1’s. Then I listened to the tones and they were incredibly crisp and clear (even though some, I do admit, get quite annoying). Then I checked out the camera, I thought i had the problem with the camera quality deteriorating (sp?) but i realised i had just accidently messed around with the lighting and colour settings. I soon sorted that out. Apart from that I had absolutely no problems so it so I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about. I recommend this phone any day.

    Ps: I don’t work for 02, I’m in year 10! I’m not even 16 yet!

  • I bought the X1 for my daughter for Xmas. Before New years eve the phone was switching its self off, freezing, internal screen not working sometimes and some times external screen not working.Took the phone back for repair, 5 weeks later they told me that it couldnt be fixed and gave me a new one.One day later all of the above problems were happening with the new phone.Took the new phone back for repair 2 weeks later the phone was returned repaired 2 hours later same day same problems.Sent it away again still not repaired. Five months of ownership and its been away for repair for 2months in all. O2 tell me all they can do is keep repairing it untill the warranty runs out I then presumably throw the phone away.I have managed to get a full refund but it did take several very long phone calls at 50 p per minute. All I can say is beware of this phone.

  • i myself work for an o2 retail outlet. and im telling you now, avoid the phone at all costs, the company we hired to make them has nearly gone bankrupt due to nearly 75% of their ENTIRE stock (not just of phones) have been returned. so yeh, we’ve had every single one returned, an so have the other 3 shops in the sheffield district, so yeh, just warning you all.

  • CRACKED IT ! …the reason why 02 X1’s switch off on their own is a faulty sim card, a dirty sim card can also be the problem, replace the sim or clean your sim with a dry cloth. Also this could be the problem when sending MMS , I am now able to send MMS very easily now without lock-ups. Regarding the amount of text messages depends on if you PAYG or contract, contract phones get more allocation.I agree about the review regarding answering takes more that one press of the green button, but thats just a very small teething fault.

  • I recently purchased an 02×1 and i honestly did think it was the best phone in the world, i only had it two weeks then whilst i was on the wap the stupid thing froze the only way i could switch phone off was by taking the battery off then when i tried to switch it back on it wouldnt work, ive now sent it back to the catalogue and ordered the nokia 3100 the only thing pissing me off is all my phone numbers were saved to the phone not the sim so ive lost everything.Anyone wanting to buy this phone DONT its ok the first few weeks then disappointment kicks in. not to mention you cant download anything for it what a waste of money

  • I hear that the games dont have sound does that mean that you cant download games that are meant to have sound.

    Also does the screen outside ligh up in different colours when the phone rings.

    The 02 x1 isnt listed for most java downloads but it is java enabled so can u just download any java games.

  • ooohhhh doom and gloom half the probs with peeps and the x1 is its a bit complicated not to say that some x1s dont have a prob but reading through the reveiws i would say 80% are down to incorect set up of the phone u need to set up the phone on the net to send mms and yes mine does thanks to 02 as i took the phone to the shop when i got it and they set it up for me free i download my ring tones from http://www.tagtag.com get the codes from there sight for ring tones then go to tag tag sight onto download ringtones put code in and hey presto works try it some time as for the data cable yes as to date im trying to get one but to no avail but i got a feeling when the x2 is released got a feeling the cable will appear and i hear this will be soon and no if u was wondering i dont work for 02 nor do i have any conection with them i have just done loads of leg and finger work to get info on phone im not just a buy a phone and presume its going to be set up as i want it from word go ((((whats a phone manual why do i need it ))))))

  • folks be warned! this mobile is dodgy, read all the other unhappy reviews, it’s all true. I’ve had mine just over a month, I can’t download any polyphonic ringtones, it cuts all the inbuilt ones out if you try, it doesn’t send mms and there is no data cable for it, so you can’t even download any pics you’ve taken onto your pc. If you find any problems and its out of its 14days guarantee and over a month from the date you purchased it, they will only repair it and will charge you £20 to borrow a phone until you get yours back, you won’t be able to get your money refunded.

  • i was supposed to be geting the x1 but they are bring out and x2 which is basically the same but made by diff ppl and wont have all these problems. The only thing it the camera aint a turny 1 🙁 and it dont have a lil screen on the front its just got the camera on the outside of it. i’ve only seen a pic in a catalogue but i think i might consider it

  • hi sarah phone does light up at sides on front but u need to activate it by pressing ok then scroll sideways to picture of phone says at top of screen my phone the press ok menu comes up go to light and lcd on menu press ok new menu comes up press down to led light press ok and tick should appear in box at side of ledand light now side lights should be active good luck 🙂

  • Igot the 02 x1 about four days ago im still getting to know the little bugger i found it very hard to suss out wether its OK or the green button on most menu items. I also find myself staring at the screen for an inordinate amount of time to see if it has sent the picture or not ,is it usual to take so long to send and can you close the lid while you wait?

  • it seems to me that a lot of problems in the messages are just down to the persons using the x1. i found u need to fiddle around with it for a day or two untill u understand it i have one and my daughter to. as todate we both have had no problems with them they are a bit complicated this adds to the confusion i stuck with it and came good in the end and love the phone now.but may i add it did come near to bin a couple of times so i surgest if u have problems peeps let your dad look at it or someone who has had one a while and it could be the end of your problems but i must also add that some things in messages i have not come across yet so they may be manufacturing faults or may not be .

  • Wat eva ya do don’t get the X1 at all, it crashes, the buttons don’t work, you can’t have any wallpapers, or screen savers the ringtone quality is crap. Also don’t get in on O2 Contract as they charge you for stuff you don’t even do. If anyone knows where to get wall papers for it then e-mail me on [email protected]

  • the X1 can hold 250 messages. its your sim card that can only hold 10 thats why in the manual it tells u how to swap so ur phone holds messages…….it can also hold ur phonebook

  • i have this fone since christmas and it is soooooooo crap, my mms doesnt work,when the fone rings you have to press the answer button 4-5 times before it answers,it freezed when i write a txt,or the screen goes black when i play the game,i have to take out the battery to start it up again.My pictures go all fuzzy and really small (the saved pic and the ones i take)i have to turn the fone on and off loads to fix that. I t has been sent away once and it came back the same. It is been sent away again to be fixed again soon.

  • I’ve had this phone since Christmas now and it seems to be going fine except for it freezing on wap a few times. But I’d just like to know – is the battery only supposed to last about 3-4 days after a full charging (which is what is happening to me) and what exactly is the “My Melody” function in the Alert Tune Menu as there is nothing in it and nothing explained about it in the manual.   • I got this phone the other day and it was great. The bad thing was I tried to take a photo and it asked me for a password which should have been 1234 however this didnt work. I took it back and they said loads of people av come back with the same problem and they dont how to fix it….does any1 no the password…02 dont

  • okay i got this phone few months ago and it may have some good stuff on it but you can only have 10 sms messagers and they said you can have 250, my games just disapeared on my phone and now i cant download no more it says not compatible with your handset and it freezes all the time
    i dont recommend it if you want a reliable phone but if you want good quality pictures it is good for that !!

    apart from that the phones been good, only frozen a couple of times, when the lid has been closed during gameplay. Havent had any of the problems mentioned above and my phone phone was from the supposedly faulty batch!

  • From day one this phone has been so dissapointing!The phone is constantly freezing the mms is dirt, theres no accessories, no message reports, cant hide caller id, cant get java games or wallpaper, da textin is so slow to react and the battery is dirt. O2 should be paying me to use this phone!! The only good thing about is the camera.I can download ringtones you get them off http://www.ringtonenation.com/wap/index.php on the wap all you have to do is go to the bottom to the search part on the main page them when you get into the next page enter your favourite song or whatever.You can only save 8 ringtones on the phone pretty crap since the gx10 can save loads.Overall view the worst phone ive ever bought but lets give O2 some credit for a good camera!so if you want a camera phone get the shoddy O2 X1.

I hav the 02×1 and im very pleased, i read all these coments n woz like oh dear:s but i still got the fone and i got it bout a week before xmas, its great saves bout 200 pictures on it, lotsa details in d fonebook, their is a silent mode, ya can down load ringtones, save ur pictures that u take as wall papers, it looks wel posh coz its flip! ther is also the internet n 02 active wich is pretty kool! U can record motions as wel wich most fones cant do unles u get a massive video one! wich we dnt want! There is a alarm on the fone wich is pretty loud n gud! One last fing i hav 2 add is the polyfonic ringtones ther is like 40 wich come wit em and they r great ther is dat song head shoulder knees n toes and that song b-i-n-g-o !! Lol!   • X1,Where shall i start… Working for a major High Street Retailer, I have to say the X1 has to be the most unreliable phone to date.. Sold 100s of christmas majority were back for refunds now repairs… Needs some serious updates most problems seem to be linked with Software issues and sending/receiving message.. Safe to say I would never recommend to any customer, so please avoid recommend Siemens MC60, SAMSUNG V200, MOT V525..

  • Hi , i have had the 02 x1 for about a month now and i would advise people out ther not to , this phone is ok but
    1) motion plays 2wice as fast
    2) messages dnt come thru
    3)slow buttons reaction
    4) cnt send picture messages 2 ppl
    3) cnt put photos on computer
    4) battery so small only lasts just over a day
    5) takes a while 2 lean 2 use txting
    6) dosent answer phone wen flipped open u have 7) press buttons
    8) have 2 register to do ANYTHING !
    9) it may look good but freezes and is just not what i expected from it and my friends that have had the same also think so

  • Hi, just got my phone today after ordering it like 2 months ago :@ anyways all seems well except the sms storage space, my really old phone could store 20 and my semi-old one could store 120 but this one tells me i can only store 10 on the sim 😐 whats up with that? with 2mb onboard memory i would have thought they woulda devoted even a little bit to text messages, i mean they have with the phonebook i think. has everyone got this problem or am i just missing something?? :/

  • I got this phone a day after it come out! I was really chuffed with it at first but now i am having sooo many [roblems with it!
    .My cammera quality has deteriourated.
    .The menu has slowed right down.
    .Constantly switches off.
    .Constantly freezes
    Too many to list… to be honest 02 i am pretty dissapointed! you should make a half descent up-grade!

  • I was meant to get the Sendo m55 for crimbo, instead on crimbo eve my mum got me the O2 X1.
    It cost £200 sim free WOT A WASTE OF MONEY.
    It had that many faults, it cut off, the light stayed on, txts werent coming, it freezes all the time.
    I took it bk they said it was faulty & swapped it.
    I had to wait over a week for a new one.
    Ive had it for 4 days now and it still has the same problems, its going bk!
    Alot of these phones must be faulty!

  • hey everyone, my sisters b/f dropped his o2 X1 down the toilet!!, we tried taking it bk to o2 and they said it cudnt be fixed but we think that it might just be a dead battery because when the battery gets wet it automatically short circuits and there was no real way for the water to get into the other components so we are trying to get a new battery for it and test see if it works, we dont hold much hope but can anyone tell me how much it is for a new battery and if so where can I get one??, e-mail [email protected] if u know, thanks!

    1- No speaker phone
    2- No names in the inbox for msgs
    3- No asigning pictures to peoples names

  • Got the x1 for xmas and found some faults the mms messages dont come throug fully some times, it frezzes when a message r call comes through whilst playing game battery runs out quick and jst tonite my camera has went wonky it displays the photos very blury and in the wrong colours im takin it back 4 a replacment

    Take it back if you got it and dont buy it
    3200 has same features and more such as a radio and flashlight and battery lasts a week

  • I got this phone for Christmas and compared to my cousin’s gx10i. i have to say that the 02 x1 was lots better. The picture quality is amazing, with this phone in your pocket you could definitely leave your camera at home. Pholyphonics are also excellent and 02 provide excellent service for downloading more too!!!! Buy this, your missing out

  • People stay away from this phone! Practically everything is wrong with it! They aint not in shops because of xmas demand! they aint in shops because o2 called them all back because there were so many faults! The o2 assistant in the shop even admitted that and tols me to get a different on!
    And so I did! I got the Samsung v200!! Its amazing and totally trouble free!! it can do everything the x1 can and loads more!!!

  • O2 suck at making reliable phones!! I recieved my phone today (xmas day) and as soon as I turned it on it all went down hill from there! First the number keypad locked so couldnt type in any numbers then the navigation key and the rest of the keys stopped working minutes after turning the phone on for the first time! I now have to wait days before I can swap it for one that works or get my money back!! They were also really bad at delivering the phone on time, and it came three days after the day they said it would come!

  • hi ya i got my o2 x1 yesterday i find it easy to use, u have two games on it bear one where u have to chatch food and jump over this thing not to die, and also a mini golf one i have finally understand how the scoring works something about pars. i found a way today how to put it on quite mode withotu going thou the settings to turn the ringing volumes off if u just hold down the * (star) key it said manner mode on in others words quite mode on and all it does when some1 rings or texts u is vibrate and just hold down the star again to put it back on to loud version, the fone is easy to use. the camera easy to use, i have taken lots of pictures with it. at first i keep pressing the wrong button cause i was so used to my GD67 fone what is totally differnt to text with conpared with this fone. (sorry about all the spelling mistakes). so in total its a good fone so go and buy it, i hope i help some of u

  • hiii!! i was meant to be getting a vodafone live phone for crimbo, but got offered a 02 x1 instead, so i went for that, then it turned out that i couldn’t get it, so i went for the samsung v200, i read alot of reviews about it, and it sounded really good, but now iv’e ended up with the 02 x1 (found it in mums room!) and im sort of disopointed, coz the samsung sounded better, can someone please tell me which is better? thanks!

  • I have had this phone for about 3 days now and am debating whether to take it back to the shop. The Menus are slow to respond, very slow at typing text messages, and receiving MMS is easy but reading them is not. I sent myself a few pictures for wallpaper and there are no options to save as wallpaper OR choose where the picture is going to be saved.
    I dont wanna take the phone back but if i find another thing wrong with it, i will be!

  • Im getting one for Christmas i heard tat they sometimes freeze and the menu system is tricky to use but u could get use to tat.i just want to know if it has caller identification when some one calls you?

  • Took my o2 x1 back for a refund yeaterday, just looking for a decent replacement now. Sorry to those getting one for christmas but you will be dissapointed after a couple of weeks.I hd to recharge it practically every day and on calls it would cut out every second or third word. The camera is very good quality but i already have a good camera, i bought a phone. Also, you can record video on it but it plays back at double speed, no way to avoid this. If you haven’t bought an o2 x1 yet, DONT!! Avoid it like the plague..

  • i am not impressed with mine. the screen sometimes freezes, it turns itself off randomly and i find it very slow to text. im hoping its a fault and i can get a replacement that is ok.

  • how do u mean that the buttons are unsupported does it mean its hard to use them and that they dont text very easily im looking for a good quality camera phone thats flip and is easy to use, plus it has to be attractive and quite small wot would u suggest then

  • I aint had this fone yet, but im really lookin forward 2 it!!! Ive heard a lot about the buttons n menu bein tricky, and it keeps freezin up, i dunno if this is true. is might be a bad batch or it could still be a common fault. I hope it aint cause itz a really gud luckin fone, n i dont want 2 have 2 send it back because of that. I hope mines a good one

  • i have had the 02 x1 for 2weeks now and it is easily the best phone i have ever had the menu is a bit tricky at first but it is just so great the camera is just brilliant and all i can say is
    ERM…….PURE BRILLIANT

  • I’ve had this phone for 2 0r 3 weeks now, I do love it but there are a few things annoying me about it:
    1) the video clips only play back at double speed,
    2) the phone turns itself off randomly or freezes, which can only be remedied by taking the battery off and on again,
    3) I am not able to buy any accesories for it, I don’t want anything flash, just a second charger to leave at my boyfriend’s house and a data cable, but they don’t exist yet, according to all the 02 shops in Birmingham,
    4) the alarm doesn’t turn down (mild heart attack every morning) and no discreet alarm either!

    But apart from all that its ok for a free phone, maybe 02 will update it and replace the ones sold to us lot who got them when they first came out!

  • i have heard alot of good stuff about this mobile it seems to al be true about how easy the menus are after about a weeks of use and the style is just brill you cant get any better my mate said to me go and buy the nokia n gage from the o2 shop and i just see this phone advertised on the wall so i thought i would have a go with it and i found the buttons a bit hard to get used to but i bought it and as soon as i got outside the shop i went to a bench and opened it and used it ,the phone is just so good i will nevr go back to nokia,unless they make a flip phone which has 360 degree camera 130k colour screen and has much better features ,but that aint gonna happen is it a good buy for anyone that is bout 15-20

  • I only had a look at the o2 x1 whilst on my break but already it has impressed me. The x1 is small compact, with the stylish clam shell design it is a definite must have for all mob user, with 65k colour screen the quality of the 180 degree camera is superb it’s just as good as my mums mp3 camera which she paid £600 for.

  • I have this phone and all i can say is its gr8. It has to be made me samsung no doubt about it.

  • The X1 is pretty nifty. The camera is one of the best on a phone that I’ve seen.

    Polyphonic ringtones on this phone are amazing, easily the best i’ve heard. I think tehy are 40 channel quality over the usual 4 or 16!

    The features are fine, but why can’t I find a data cable anywhere for it?

    O2’s website offers the phone for sale, but has no further info or accesories for it.

    The menus can be fiddly, but once you get used to them they are fine. All in all a good phone and one that has taken me away from Nokia for the first time ever, and I don’t think I’ll be going back!
