Apple to charge a premium for iPhone games

iphone-games.jpgApple will be charging a standard €17-18 (around £14) for official iPhone games in the UK and Europe through the iTunes store.

The news was revealed by the CEO of Spanish company LemonQuest, one of the official iPhone games developers, who outlined their big UK license and games that use “all the capabilities of the iPhone.”

With average mobile games currently costing less than half of Apple’s predicted prices, one would think that these official games are pretty special, else £14 titles will not be an easy sell.
